Financial Networks Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build, strengthen, and manage strategic partnerships with card networks, payment systems, banks, and consumer and business finance providers in Romania and Europe.
• Lead negotiations for complex commercial and technical agreements, including pricing and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and risk teams on KYC/AML and licensing requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and sales teams to align partnership capabilities with business needs.
• Translate market opportunities into product requirements and support go-to-market and commercialization strategies.
• Represent hirify.global at banking and financial industry events and forums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior banking or financial institution roles, focused on relationship management and business development.
• Proven success developing strategic partnerships and negotiating complex commercial and technical agreements.
• Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, fintech landscape, and financial-sector regulatory compliance.
• Current senior-level network across financial institutions, card networks, payment systems, and fintech organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal Romanian and English, with strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
