Chauffeur Recruiter (Mass Recruitment Focus)

Location: Paris, France; office-based 5 days a week in the 9th arrondissement

Salary: Up to €42,000 per year, plus a quarterly KPI-based bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel, from sourcing and screening to qualification and conversion.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and track chauffeur progress from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify underperforming channels, cities, and funnel stages, then design improvements.
• Partner with Quality & Training to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to onboarding.
• Build relationships within the chauffeur community to support referrals and retention.
• Report acquisition volume, conversion, cost, and time-to-first-journey metrics to France Operations leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and multiple leads at different funnel stages.
• Ability to track, report, and act on funnel metrics; SQL experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a personal approach to high-volume engagement.
• Structured operational approach to turning high-volume, high-touch processes into repeatable systems.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Must be based in Paris and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
