Project Manager, Robotics Deployment

Location: Singapore; on-site with occasional international travel

What you will do

• Build and maintain deployment plans covering tasks, owners, dates, dependencies, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Track risks, issues, blockers, defects, customer requests, and project commitments through resolution.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, spares, tooling, site access, badging, safety documentation, and customer scheduling.
• Support commissioning, field testing, validation, and acceptance activities for drones, quadrupeds, and humanoids.
• Coordinate Software, Hardware, Robotics, Product, Customer Success, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment playbooks, checklists, standard operating procedures, documentation, and retrospectives while improving recurring deployment friction.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, technical operations, field operations, or similar technical work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and frequently changing schedules.
• Strong organization and written communication skills, including status updates, meeting notes, and issue reports.
• Experience with planning and tracking tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Technical literacy in robotic systems, sensors, networking, and Linux-based environments, plus comfort working on-site in industrial environments with PPE and safety protocols.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing or on-site experience in complex technical environments.
• Exposure to robotics, autonomous systems, drones, or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, mining, or energy environments.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Basic Python, SQL, or advanced spreadsheet skills for status reporting.
