What you will do

• Represent Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation in the region and connect regional teams with central process, performance, data analytics, and automation functions.
• Lead regional and global commercial transformation projects focused on change, innovation, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.
• Manage the financial impact and performance metrics of the regional commercial project portfolio.
• Track milestones and deliverables using LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
• Lead implementation of the regional Airbus Operating System roadmap and represent the region in commercial forums and global initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience leading cross-functional, regional, and global continuous improvement or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimization methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and senior leadership presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools, Salesforce, Skywise, and Agile/LBIP frameworks.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with a strong customer mindset and commitment to integrity.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
