Customer Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical customer relationship across discovery, solution design, pilots, production deployment, and expansion.
• Design graph data models, AQL queries and traversals, GraphRAG retrieval architectures, and hybrid graph-vector solutions.
• Build reference implementations, data connectors, GraphRAG pipelines, APIs, and tool and agent orchestration prototypes.
• Guide secure production deployments with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, testing, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
• Define evaluation practices for prompts, models, retrieval strategies, and graph structures using offline and online metrics.
• Document architectures and runbooks, train customer teams, and provide product and engineering feedback.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in graph data modeling, graph queries and traversals, graph algorithms, knowledge graphs, and GraphRAG.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical professional services building and operating production systems.
• Strong applied AI and Python skills, including data structures, systems design, concurrency, and networking.
• Experience with graph, NoSQL, key-value, and document databases; LLM tooling; retrieval and vector databases; and hybrid retrieval.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation; and CI/CD.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and the ability to lead discussions with executives, architects, and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• hirify.globalDB or production graph database experience.
• Search and information retrieval, MLOps, evaluation frameworks, or model optimization experience.
• TypeScript, React, Next.js, or full-stack prototyping experience.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, retail, security, or compliance.
• French government or industry experience.
