Platform Associate Resident Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote; travel up to 20% of the time

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts and build trusted relationships with security teams and leadership.
• Plan, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its modules.
• Use native and third-party software deployment technologies and develop scripting or application solutions with Falcon APIs.
• Support vulnerability, asset, exposure, incident management, and threat-hunting activities.
• Integrate CrowdStrike with existing customer tools and collaborate with customer IT and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent military or professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with relevant security applications, including endpoint, identity, cloud, or SIEM technologies.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies and knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network security, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, training, customer partnership, prioritization, and independent-work skills.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon, antivirus, EDR, host-based firewalls, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, or IT automation.
• Experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec.
• Programming or scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch.
• Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Existing or obtainable security clearances, where required by customers.
