What you will do

• Set long-term strategy and vision across security, privacy, and IT functions.
• Govern the secure adoption of AI while ensuring alignment with GDPR and FCA regulatory expectations.
• Lead application and cloud security programs, embedding security across the SDLC.
• Oversee incident detection, response, and corporate security controls.
• Manage corporate IT, workplace technology, and identity access management for London and Budapest sites.
• Represent security and privacy interests to senior leadership and external auditors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the tech industry.
• 5+ years in a security leadership role influencing organizational direction.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Solid understanding of GDPR core principles and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to work from London or Budapest offices on a hybrid schedule.
