Head of Security, Privacy & IT (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with work from the London and Budapest offices on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; Wednesday and Friday are dedicated focus days at home.

What you will do

• Lead the security, privacy, and IT teams, set priorities, develop people, and create the delivery roadmap.
• Advise leadership on security and privacy risks and establish guardrails for secure AI adoption across employee tools and products.
• Own application and cloud security, secure the software development lifecycle, and contribute hands-on to new product and service designs.
• Direct incident detection and response, including 24/7 monitoring and response management.
• Lead GDPR compliance, vendor reviews, data and engineering change assessments, data subject requests, and regulator engagement.
• Own corporate IT across London and Budapest, including connectivity, identity and access management, hardware, software, and employee technology lifecycle management.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the technology industry.
• At least 3 years of people management experience, including managing a team of similar size.
• Strong understanding of GDPR principles and expectations.
• Experience with security, privacy, IT, or other related technology functions.
• Ability to work in the hybrid setup across the London and Budapest offices on required office days.
