Senior Manager, Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Develop and execute Innocent's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, leading improvement programs from concept through implementation.
• Implement and enhance security technologies and controls across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage cloud security capabilities, including cloud security posture management and security monitoring.
• Lead vulnerability management, including prioritization, remediation governance, tracking, and risk reporting.
• Support cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, audits, compliance, and third-party risk management.
• Advise business and technology leaders, coordinate incident response activities, and mentor colleagues across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security engineering.
• Experience implementing and operating cybersecurity controls in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, or Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud security posture management, threat intelligence, threat detection, and incident response.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity projects or programs and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure security technologies, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, or security monitoring platforms.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, or CRISC.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, third-party cybersecurity assessments, or security incident investigations.
