Security Cyber, Risk & Compliance (Cybersecurity)

Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements. Some roles may have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Support security initiatives under the direction of senior security personnel.
• Help implement security policies and standards in collaboration with the security team.
• Monitor, document, and escalate security events and incidents.
• Assist with incident response investigations, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve security measures and deliver security awareness training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant industry experience in a similar role and proven information security experience.
• Experience with risk management, compliance, and security technologies.
• Continuous learning and awareness of current security practices and technology trends.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and eligibility for applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements are required.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
