HR Generalist (Medtech)

Location: Warrington, United States; travel of up to 25% may be required within and outside the state.

What you will do

• Develop employee relations initiatives and coach employees and managers on HR policies.
• Assess employee climate, support investigations, resolve team member issues, conduct exit interviews, and represent the organization at unemployment hearings when needed.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers on recruitment and candidate selection.
• Identify training needs, analyze requirements, and support employee and management development programs.
• Manage onboarding, job evaluation, compensation administration, leave processes, accommodations, and workers’ compensation procedures.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, affirmative action programs, and work authorization audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of HR Generalist experience with knowledge of HR practices, legal rules, and regulations.
• Experience applying state employment laws to assess compliance issues.
• Experience building relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong prioritization, organization, detail tracking, and deadline management skills across multiple projects.
• Availability to travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
