Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to clients and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analyst teams to understand the platform and build business processes.
• Configure Front End and Back End integrations, perform testing, debug issues, and manage releases.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Collect client and partner feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Deliver training, maintain technical standards and documentation, and run project health-check audits.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in a technical role, such as Java development or BPMN 2.0 platform configuration.
• Good understanding of software development principles, architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with JSON, REST, HTTP/HTTPS, and tools such as Postman.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
