TL;DR
AI/ML Engineer (Python/LLM): Designing and deploying scalable machine learning services and reusable AI accelerators across GenAI, LLM-based solutions, ML pipelines, and cloud-native systems with an accent on architecture, governance, security, and cost-efficient cloud delivery. Focus on building prototypes for new client engagements, developing RAG and LLM orchestration capabilities, mentoring engineers, and establishing production-ready ML foundations.
Location: Remote and hybrid opportunities in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, or Romania

is expanding its AI Practice through reusable AI capabilities, strategic technical initiatives, and client-focused engineering expertise.
What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ML services and AI/ML solutions.
- Design and evolve reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, templates, and reference architectures for GenAI, LLM solutions, ML pipelines, and cloud-native AI systems.
- Optimize ML workflows for performance and cost efficiency across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Join new client engagements for up to 50% allocation over 1–2 months to define architectures, validate approaches, build prototypes, and establish engineering foundations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production ML pipelines and environments while maintaining documentation, models, and technical standards.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical deep dives, workshops, demonstrations, and best-practice sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on LLM experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, GenAI frameworks, and LLM/NLP solutions.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud data platforms and familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure as code, and MLOps practices.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
- English: Upper Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Knowledge of RNNs, Transformers, computer vision tools, YOLO, SAM2, image classification, Label Studio, or CVAT.
- Experience with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or OpenTelemetry.
