What you will do
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Run supplier payments and employee expense payments.
- Handle vendor and colleague interactions and resolve supplier queries.
- Reconcile supplier statements and maintain complete, orderly transactional records.
- Support the AP Supervisor with projects and assist other team members with workload as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to verify that liabilities for goods and services are arithmetically correct and reflect agreed terms.
- Ability to process invoices and payment transactions accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to reconcile supplier statements and manage transactional paperwork.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, colleagues, and accounts payable team members.
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Penang, Malaysia.
