What you will do
- Collaborate with the Payment team on payment monitoring, vendor invoice validation, and document safekeeping.
- Prepare and distribute electronic tax receipts in compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Collect vendor invoices, billings, proof of payment, customer invoices, and other accounting documents for local accountants.
- Prepare withholding tax certificates and track certificates issued by clients.
- Monitor project and task calendars, support financial reconciliations, and help prevent missed deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external BPOs, institutions, and supervisors on finance and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-country tax compliance.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of international withholding tax requirements.
