Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia
Bonus / incentive pay: up to 10% of annual base salary

Medical technology operations develop monitoring technologies, sensors, patient monitors, and automation and connectivity solutions for clinical care.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end closing activities using financial software and ERP tools.
- Perform financial and management cost accounting, including job costing, variance analysis, product cost tracking, and inventory subledger reconciliation.
- Prepare financial analysis and support monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management.
- Prepare audit documentation, assist tax agents, and complete statistical reports for government and regulatory bodies.
- Work with the Finance Manager, Finance Controller, and finance team on reporting and statutory activities.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with an accounting qualification.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, including standard job costing and variance analysis.
- Practical experience with day-to-day and month-end closing processes, financial software, and ERP tools.
- Solid Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, self-direction, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with intercompany profit and inventory management.
- Experience in medical product manufacturing.
