Financial Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Monitor cash balances and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and countries.
• Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning.
• Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers.
• Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reporting and operational processes.
• Support regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls with Compliance and Legal.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation or data tools.
• Experience with banks, payment providers, or regulated financial institutions.
