Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Define and drive AI engineering strategy across the software development lifecycle.
• Establish architecture standards, engineering best practices, and AI governance frameworks.
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Ensure security, quality, compliance, and traceability in AI-assisted software delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and mentor engineering teams on effective and responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• Experience with AI engineering platforms and LLM orchestration.
• Knowledge of RAG and knowledge systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AI governance frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Senior-level technical leadership experience in AI-driven software delivery.
