TL;DR
Identity Consultant (Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID): Supporting and improving enterprise identity services across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid environments with an accent on authentication troubleshooting, PowerShell automation, and secure access operations. Focus on resolving complex DNS, certificate, Kerberos, LDAP/LDAPS, and synchronization issues while optimizing service reliability and operational efficiency.
Location: Poland; remote work arrangement. A valid visa for Poland is required.

What you will do
- Administer Active Directory environments, including users, groups, organizational units, Group Policies, delegated permissions, and Domain Controllers.
- Perform health checks, replication validation, FSMO administration, and troubleshooting across Windows Server identity infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect synchronization, and hybrid authentication solutions.
- Investigate authentication, DNS, certificate, Kerberos, LDAP/LDAPS, and access-related issues through root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, reports, scheduled tasks, and automation tooling.
- Coordinate incidents, requests, problems, and changes through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms while maintaining documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience supporting Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, Domain Controllers, replication, DNS, delegation models, and Windows Server.
- Experience with Kerberos, LDAP/LDAPS, hybrid authentication, account access troubleshooting, Entra Connect, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, operational tooling, automation, reporting solutions, and scheduled task management.
- Understanding of identity security best practices, Tier 0 concepts, monitoring, alert investigation, and operational risk mitigation.
- Fluent/professional Polish and English, written and verbal, are required.
