About the Role

You will run CRM operations and serve as the commercial team's first point of contact for CRM requests. You will translate process diagrams into properties, rules, and automations; resolve tickets; cleanse data; and keep operating procedures documented in Fibery.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and rigor with shared data
• Ability to translate flowcharts into rules and conditions
• Clear writing and process-documentation habits
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills, including filters, lookup formulas, pivot tables, and duplicate identification
• Practical CRM experience
• Organization, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support CRM users through a structured ticket flow
• Resolve CRM adjustments, lists, reports, and user questions
• Implement CRM properties and workflows from process diagrams
• Clean duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent data
• Maintain periodic data-quality routines
• Document recurring operational processes in Fibery
