Senior CRM Business Analyst (Life Sciences)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; fully remote within approved hiring locations. Occasional travel to customer locations may be required for workshops and project activities.

What you will do

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, business process discussions, and executive stakeholder meetings.
• Advise pharmaceutical and life sciences clients during CRM and Speaker Bureau implementations.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT, issue resolution, change management, and successful client adoption.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and technology teams across implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Solution Consultant.
• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical CRM platforms, including Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and OCE.
• Experience with Speaker Bureau business processes and related applications.
• Client-facing consulting experience with pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations, including requirements gathering and functional solution design.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience supporting CRM and/or Speaker Bureau solutions.
• Experience implementing life sciences commercial systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical field force, medical affairs, and commercial operations processes.
• Experience optimizing business processes, working across multiple CRM platforms, and integrating processes between systems.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
