System Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Work closely with the VP on system-level analysis, technical planning, engineering execution, and key technical decisions.
• Lead complex technical assignments from problem definition through investigation, solution alignment, execution, and closure.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of system architecture, interfaces, dependencies, and operational behavior.
• Lead cross-functional technical investigations, challenge assumptions, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
• Evaluate technical alternatives, design trade-offs, execution gaps, technical risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with Software, Hardware, Algorithms, and Product teams to resolve blockers and align technical execution.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
• More than 6 years of experience in System Engineering or System Design within complex technological systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical activities and delivering results through multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and multidisciplinary systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent execution skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment without direct managerial authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in ADAS, Autonomous Driving, or automotive systems.
• Experience with large-scale, software-intensive, multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience driving technical investigations, system-level problem resolution, and cross-functional engineering execution.
