Solution Architect (Identity)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end solutions across cloud, identity, and security programs.
• Deliver technically rigorous demos, workshops, and deep dives for technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Sales leadership on strategic deals, including solution strategy, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Translate customer needs into actionable Product feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Enable partners with technical patterns, guidance, and reusable materials.
• Create reference architectures, playbooks, and other assets for go-to-market and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Technical depth from customer-facing, engineering, or product roles.
• Ability to explain complex systems clearly to audiences ranging from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers.
• Experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing technical collateral such as reference designs and playbooks.
• Background in cybersecurity and/or identity is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM/PAM, secrets management, or cloud security.
• Software engineering or product experience.
• Prior customer-facing experience.
