Software Architect, AI Applications (AI): Building the Revenue Harness, an agentic framework for AI teammates that combines orchestration, tool integrations, retrieval, memory, evaluation, and scalable execution with an accent on secure, reliable, and extensible LLM systems. Focus on designing distributed agent architectures, enforcing permissions and tenant isolation, managing quality, cost, and latency, and guiding technical direction across multiple teams.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; flexible hybrid work model

What you will do
- Define the reference architecture and technical direction for the Revenue Harness agentic framework.
- Design agent orchestration, planning and reasoning loops, multi-agent coordination, tools, integrations, context, and memory systems.
- Build scalable runtime infrastructure for stateful and stateless agents, including task queues, isolated workers, and distributed state persistence.
- Establish evaluation methodology, regression gates, monitoring, guardrails, permissions, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Contribute directly to architecture and code while embedding with teams across domains.
- Mentor engineers, improve design standards, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend development experience with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
- Staff- or Principal-level impact across multiple teams and the ability to lead through influence.
- Production experience shipping LLM applications, including agents, tool calling, RAG, or structured generation.
- Deep expertise in large-scale distributed, asynchronous, event-driven, and streaming systems.
- Ability to work across unfamiliar codebases, switch context between teams, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Curiosity about AI and experience driving AI-assisted development adoption.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP, Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, multi-provider routing, vector databases, search infrastructure, or knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with prompt injection, data leakage, and agent permission models.
- Working knowledge of Python alongside a JVM stack.
- Background in B2B SaaS, CRM, or revenue technology.
