Production Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end production strategies covering material management, inventory control, production processes, compliance, and operational performance.
• Coordinate production initiatives and implementation with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead production cross-training and technical training programs.
• Identify operational gaps and drive improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy, compliance, and organizational capabilities.
• Implement, validate, troubleshoot, and improve production systems and processes, including ERP, MES, eDHR, and inventory management solutions.
• Maintain production policies, procedures, work instructions, tools, and audit support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of production or manufacturing experience; fresh graduates with strong learning agility and relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, MES, or related production systems.
• Exposure to data analysis, automation, or programming.
