Senior Analyst - Risk Data Intelligence, Fintech

Location: New York, New York, United States

Base pay: $140,500–$190,000 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze large-scale transactional and behavioral data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities related to fraud, credit, and risk policy.
• Build dashboards and visualizations that monitor performance and support strategic and operational decisions.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests and other data-driven experiments.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines for monitoring and experimentation at scale.
• Communicate insights through clear narratives and executive-ready deliverables while partnering with Fraud & Risk Policy, Data Science, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision strategy, with strong analytical ability and business acumen.
• Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python for data exploration, transformation, segmentation, and workflow automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Qlik and dashboard development.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions, define and operationalize KPI or OKR metrics, and communicate complex data clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Science, Math, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
