Sr. Data & Insights Consultant, Data & Insights (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Location: US - Atlanta, GA; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $130,900–$210,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and applicable sales incentive payments.

What you will do

• Lead analytical insights and strategic recommendations for external clients and senior internal stakeholders.
• Frame ambiguous business questions, define analytical objectives, establish workplans, and drive decisions to completion.
• Source, combine, and analyze large, complex datasets while maintaining quality control, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve client performance, profitability, payment acceptance, authorization, risk, fraud, customer experience, and operations.
• Create executive-ready presentations, data visualizations, and narratives that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coach analysts and consultants while improving reusable methods, templates, automation, quality checks, and analytical standards.

Requirements

• Must work from the US - Atlanta, GA area and attend the office at least 3 days per week.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are required for the role.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets and platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Databricks, or cloud analytics environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, plus statistical methods, analytical modeling, data quality controls, and documentation.
• Ability to lead consulting discussions, communicate with executives, manage stakeholders, and coach lower-level professionals.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, acceptance, authorization, risk, fraud, client performance, or related financial services.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7 years with an advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience quantifying business impact, evaluating risk-benefit trade-offs, and automating repeatable analytical workflows.
