What you will do/Что делать

• Collaborate in squads with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and analysts to build and support backend services.
• Develop backend code primarily in Go and work with persistent data storage, message queues, RPC, and infrastructure services.
• Contribute to various banking product areas such as Core Banking, Business Banking, Wealth, Payments, and Financial Crime.
• Engage with machine learning and AI initiatives to enhance financial tools and security.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and continuous learning environment.
• Work flexibly with a focus on impact and team collaboration.

Requirements/Требования

• Must be located in the UK or willing to relocate with visa sponsorship.
• Strong experience in backend development with a product mindset and data-informed decision making.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and distributed systems.
• Experience with strongly-typed languages such as Go, Java, C, or Scala.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
