Audit Associate - Winter 2027

Location: Calgary, Canada. Travel to assigned client locations is required, with travel of up to 25%.

Salary: CAD 57,200–68,250 per year.

What you will do

• Understand clients’ businesses, industries, accounting and control systems, and financial reporting topics.
• Apply the hirify.global audit approach and audit tools.
• Assess risks and evaluate clients’ internal control structures.
• Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
• Draft financial statements in prescribed formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the start of employment.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
