What you will do

• Support students' academic achievement, growth, and social-emotional development.
• Build a studio culture based on high standards, hard work, warmth, and joy.
• Design lesson plans, rigorous curricula, and engaging student projects.
• Use formative data to provide structured academic interventions.
• Communicate with parents about student academic and social-emotional progress.
• Facilitate enriching learning experiences, including guest speakers, field trips, cross-studio programs, and public exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing mixed-age groups of children.
• Ability to work extended hours, including through the summer, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• Prior teaching experience.
• Experience with Montessori or project-based learning.
• Agility with online learning and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a deep respect for students' ability to learn and grow independently.
