Systems Administrator (Gaming)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States — on-site. Requires travel as needed, varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work in varying environments.

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, applications, enterprise email systems, and cloud environments.
• Install software, perform system updates and security patching, and monitor infrastructure performance.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, data retention, and archiving solutions.
• Configure enterprise email accounts, policies, spam filtering, and related security settings.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, server, email, and infrastructure issues.
• Use scripting and automation tools, maintain IT documentation, and collaborate on technology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 1–2 years of IT experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and enterprise email systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, data protection, email archiving, endpoint security, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel as required, work varied schedules, obtain and maintain required gaming licensure, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or equivalent certification.
