Staff Information Security Engineer (IAM)

Location: Sunrise, Florida, United States

Salary: $115,100–$165,450 annual base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support enterprise certificate lifecycle management and internal and external PKI solutions.
• Build highly available HashiCorp Vault and Consul environments for secrets management, service discovery, disaster recovery, resiliency, and scalability.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, machine identity, access provisioning, privileged access, and identity lifecycle workflows across AWS and GCP.
• Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, PowerShell, Python, GitHub Actions, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
• Implement monitoring, observability, dashboards, alerts, and automated response workflows using Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, and related tools.
• Partner with security, cloud, platform, infrastructure, and application teams; troubleshoot complex issues, improve operational maturity, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in information security engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, systems engineering, IAM, or a related technical field.
• Enterprise experience administering HashiCorp Vault, including high availability and disaster recovery configurations, plus experience with HashiCorp Consul.
• Experience designing or supporting certificate lifecycle management and PKI solutions, AWS IAM and/or GCP IAM, and highly available enterprise platforms.
• Experience developing Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code, PowerShell and Python automation, CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions or similar platforms, and REST API integrations.
• Experience implementing observability, monitoring, and alerting with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty, or similar tools.
• Ability to work at the Sunrise, Florida, United States location. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and debugging skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-scale Vault deployments, public and private PKI, ACME certificate automation, and machine identity management.
• Experience with Workload Identity Federation, keyless authentication, service accounts, workload identities, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, compliance, audit requirements, and security governance in AWS and GCP.
• Experience improving platform observability, reliability, automation, and operational maturity at enterprise scale.
• Experience working in Agile engineering environments.
