Information Security Manager (Banking Cybersecurity)

Location: Branchburg, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $129,500–$186,100 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing hirify.global National Trust Bank’s information security strategy in alignment with hirify.global policies and FFIEC requirements.
• Maintain security policies, procedures, protocols, and a comprehensive program covering cyber defense, data protection, and cybersecurity operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation, and monitor security metrics, KRIs, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support security incident detection, response, recovery, breach investigations, audits, compliance assessments, and OCC examinations.
• Coordinate with IT and Information Security teams on security architecture, tools, technology monitoring, and operational projects.
• Support cybersecurity and privacy training, business continuity and disaster recovery tests, and the Information Security management committee.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology, Audit, or a similar senior-level cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of information security principles, NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks, risk management, IT service principles, and security strategy implementation.
• Working knowledge of security controls, vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, data privacy regulations, banking compliance, and FFIEC requirements.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience writing and updating security policies and adapting to changing environments.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or another relevant technology certification.
• Experience with cloud security and securing cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with incident management, disaster recovery planning, SIEM tools, system administration, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, data loss prevention, and encryption tools.
• Banking or financial-sector experience and familiarity with regulatory compliance and privacy laws.
