Maintenance Technician (Mechanical Maintenance)

Salary: $31.42–$38.37 per hour

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, including bearings, gearboxes, pump seals, clutches, brakes, motors, valves, and couplings.
• Adjust and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, variable-speed transmission systems, conveyors, spraying systems, and extruders.
• Troubleshoot control valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and pumps.
• Weld structures and support manufacturing equipment installation and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow environmental health and safety policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, completed and verified before starting.
• Two-year technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical/electronics, or maintenance disciplines, or at least three years of maintenance experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old for this U.S. production role.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and an on-call rotation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Testing may be required as part of the selection process.

Nice to have

• Five years of manufacturing, equipment installation, and maintenance troubleshooting experience.
• Documented industrial education, training, and experience with manufacturing equipment.
