Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $23.90–$44.40 per hour

What you will do

• Fix, test, and validate manufacturing equipment and products to support daily production.
• Assist with layout planning, installation, and testing of automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and short-term production projects.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Document manufacturing processes, work instructions, drawings, specifications, and product routings.
• Support product launches, development activities, engineering change orders, and product costing.

Requirements

• High school diploma, AA/AS degree, or other two-year post-secondary training.
• Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of engineering change orders, bills of material, product routings, and Design for Manufacturability.
• Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and product labor and material costing.
• Ability to work onsite in Anoka, Minnesota, in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment.
