Lead Analytics & Insights Associate (Healthcare)

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead multiple customized client engagements, projects, and analyses using operational, quality outcomes, procedural, utilization, financial, supply, and facility data.
• Conduct comparative analyses against peer benchmarks to identify variation in performance, costs, productivity, supply use, and quality outcomes.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for strategic, operational, and executive decision-making.
• Manage client meetings, gather requirements, understand business processes, communicate findings, and support adoption of hirify.global tools.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on hirify.global data structures, limitations, analytical tools, reporting, and appropriate use cases.
• Contribute to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and the development of team best practices.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in hospital quality outcomes, healthcare finance, operations, supply chain, or supply analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, data-management, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision.
