Document Control Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; onsite role.

Annual base salary: $69,324–$95,329, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Release and maintain controlled documentation within the Quality Management System.
• Review and publish Change Orders, resolving discrepancies with document owners.
• Enforce document formatting, naming, metadata, version control, approval, and retention standards.
• Coordinate documentation releases with subject matter experts and training requirements.
• Administer eQMS and PLM systems, including Greenlight Guru and Windchill.
• Prepare audit and compliance documentation, create templates, and support continuous improvement and staff training.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in documentation management.
• Knowledge of document version control, lifecycle workflows, formatting, indexing, and metadata tagging.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and eQMS or PLM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, or defense production is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion.
