Quality Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Ashland, Ohio, United States of America

Salary: $61,200–$113,600 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Technicians while promoting accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain the site quality management system, documented procedures, work instructions, quality records, and employee training programs.
• Conduct and support internal and external quality audits and monitor compliance with customer specifications, ISO requirements, and internal standards.
• Lead investigations into defects, customer complaints, supplier concerns, and process non-conformances using structured problem-solving methods.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions, containment, non-conforming material disposition, waste reduction, and sustainable process improvements.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, process validation, inspection plans, testing procedures, and supplier quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing quality experience and at least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and quality data analysis.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, APQP, or PPAP methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; ASQ certification such as CQI, CQT, or CQE is expected.
