Provider Relations Manager III (Non-Emergency Transportation)

Location: Edison, New Jersey, United States; combination of office work and travel with up to 70% travel required

What you will do

• Manage transportation execution across all modes within the assigned geographic area.
• Build and maintain local and regional relationships with large-scale transportation providers.
• Monitor safety, compliance, on-time performance, trip acceptance, reroutes, complaints, and other provider performance metrics.
• Use data from multiple systems to identify root causes and resolve transportation network issues.
• Develop and implement provider performance, training, and process-improvement strategies.
• Conduct provider and staff training, manage projects, mentor junior team members, and travel to provider locations, markets, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service mindset with a commitment to a positive member experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of LSI proprietary software and familiarity with multiple aspects of non-emergency transportation brokerage.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and perform office, driving, standing, walking, computer, and occasional lifting duties.
