What you will do

• Design and execute healthcare analytics using hirify.global data sources.
• Analyze secondary data and market research to identify insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses covering patient, prescriber, payer, therapeutic, market, and competitive questions.
• Create client presentations, participate in client meetings, and manage projects and workstreams.
• Develop project plans, documentation, SOPs, specifications, and client data scorecards.
• Coach consultants and collaborate with internal and external teams across concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 6–8 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience with patient analytics using hirify.global or similar data at patient, prescriber, and account levels.
• Experience with sales and marketing analytics using subnational patient, physician, or payer data.
• Technical skills in Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau, and/or Excel VBA.
• Strong project management, analytical, interpretative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare market and the ability to follow SOPs and document project work.
