AI Enablement Senior Analyst (AI)

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 base salary per year plus annual bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Support the rollout of AI capabilities across the Capital Partners business through workshops, onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and self-service learning resources.
• Translate approved AI capabilities, workflow patterns, and responsible-use expectations into practical guidance for daily work.
• Coordinate AI pilots, product releases, communications, change plans, working sessions, and business-readiness milestones.
• Maintain the AI use case inventory and support process mapping and future-state workflow design.
• Create and maintain playbooks, prompt patterns, quick-start guides, FAQs, examples, and onboarding materials.
• Collect adoption feedback and metrics, identify roadblocks and content gaps, and recommend improvements based on business value and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving processes to completion.
• Experience in enablement, training, change management, process improvement, or adoption of new tools.
• Strong organizational, process management, multitasking, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, data concepts, business processes, and technology-enabled ways of working; deep technical AI expertise is not required.
• Experience facilitating discussions and exposure to process mapping, workflow design, business analysis, or transformation initiatives.
