What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients during the data access and integration phase of the sales cycle.
- Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams before and during marketing audits.
- Manage prospective client onboarding environments and guide clients through technical access requirements.
- Maintain and update Access & Integration materials and internal documentation.
- Use AI technologies and the nova ecosystem to optimize access and integration processes.
Requirements
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
- Experience guiding clients or customers through onboarding and training sessions.
- Experience resolving customer issues, preferably in a technical or software-related context.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting.
- Experience using Google Sheets for administrative work.
- Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and solve access-related challenges.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with access protocols for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing and financial KPIs.
