Product Ops Engineer Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and monitor AI agents that automate recurring operational workflows end to end.
• Build and ship internal applications for deployment tracking, release and feature enablement, field feedback intake, and labeling operations.
• Develop cross-functional agentic workflows, data pipelines, and integrations for Product, Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations.
• Partner with Go-To-Market on technical enablement, Product-Led Sales motions, and feature pricing structures.
• Work directly with the CTO, Head of Product, and internal subject-matter experts to improve tools through user feedback.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including an understanding of APIs, data structures, and engineering constraints.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders, especially between Engineering and Commercial or Field teams.
• Ability to balance strategic work such as pricing and analysis with hands-on execution such as deployment coordination and RLHF data-labeling operations.
