Conference Programming Manager (Digital Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the conference strategy, agenda, session formats, and discussion frameworks for a digital infrastructure event.
• Research trends, emerging technologies, business challenges, companies, and industry leaders across data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud, connectivity, power, and cooling.
• Identify, recruit, brief, and manage senior executives, innovators, moderators, and subject-matter experts.
• Manage the Call for Speakers process, evaluate submissions, identify programming gaps, and protect editorial integrity when working with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Programming, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on content, promotion, sponsorship opportunities, staging, AV, and speaker logistics.
• Deliver the program onsite by managing speakers and moderators, monitoring timing and changes, and resolving issues in real time.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in conference production, content development, event programming, journalism, research, or a related field.
• Strong research, written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn complex and fast-moving technical markets and turn them into accessible business discussions.
• Experience recruiting and managing senior executives and subject-matter experts.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and cross-functional relationships.
• Willingness to travel to relevant industry events and work in a launch environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience producing B2B conferences in technology, digital infrastructure, cloud, AI, energy, or another technical market.
• Direct digital infrastructure industry experience.
