What you will do

• Lead services delivery excellence programs across complex delivery organizations.
• Develop workforce planning strategies, resource allocation governance, capacity planning, and capability transformation initiatives.
• Design delivery process frameworks, performance reporting, and operational dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Govern compliance with global processes and security standards while driving risk mitigation.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, and advise delivery and business leaders.
• Mentor delivery excellence professionals and shape operational methodology and tooling.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading services delivery excellence programs at scale.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, resource management, capacity governance, skill transformation, and process standardization.
• Experience managing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and developing operational excellence frameworks.
• Knowledge of process improvement, compliance management, business performance management, project risk management, and project scoping.
• Experience with AI data analytics, AI workforce transformation planning, AI governance operations, process mining, and AI-assisted automation.
• US citizenship is required because the role requires access to customer data.
