Senior Manager, SAP S/4HANA Delivery (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Golden Valley, Minnesota, United States of America; minimum three days per week onsite. Up to 20% travel required.

Annual base pay: $128,500–$238,600 per year. Additional compensation, including an annual incentive bonus, may apply.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA delivery across design, build, integration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and operational handoff.
• Coordinate SAP workstreams, system integrators, business leaders, technology, data, release management, and deployment teams.
• Govern the global template, promote standardized business processes, and minimize unnecessary customization and local variation.
• Manage deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, escalations, scope, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes across overlapping rollout cycles.
• Support business readiness, deployment planning, training coordination, post-go-live operations, and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior business and IT leaders, facilitate complex decisions, resolve conflicts, and build internal S/4HANA deployment capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive IT, business analysis, program delivery, or technology transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data migration, integration, testing, reporting, technical cutover, release management, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional plans, dependencies, risks, escalations, stakeholder decisions, and external delivery partners.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in a global manufacturing environment, including user readiness and post-go-live transition.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP Activate or similar S/4HANA delivery methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience working with managed service partners and distributed delivery teams.
