IT/ Multimedia Support (Multimedia Technology)

Location: Hershey, PA, United States; onsite

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain multimedia systems, services, equipment, spare parts, inventories, and operational documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues across business and campus multimedia systems.
• Discuss event requirements with organizers, set up rooms and systems, and test readiness before events.
• Provide technical support during live events and facilitate the use of multimedia systems.
• Train employees and students, create user documentation, and provide general end-user support.
• Coordinate with vendors and support budgeting, equipment loans, and multimedia-related invoices.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus vocational or technical training in multimedia technology.
• 1–3 years of experience implementing and supporting multimedia technologies.
• Experience supporting common business and residential multimedia equipment and systems.
• Familiarity with live production equipment, live events, and multimedia control systems.
• Understanding of data networking concepts and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
