Customer Supply Chain Manager (US Export)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary range: $91,200–$210,000 annually, depending on labor-cost zone, experience, skills, and location. Eligible for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Manage export order-to-cash activities from U.S. manufacturing plants and distribution centers to AMEA and LATAM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, planners, project managers, and international stakeholders on product availability, customer setup, pricing actions, transitions, and service improvements.
• Monitor order status, identify fulfillment barriers, analyze trends and root causes, and develop tools and action plans to improve customer service.
• Ensure export documentation and hazardous-shipment processes comply with domestic, international, and company requirements.
• Partner with Global Trade Compliance and Foreign Trade Operations on regulatory documentation and adherence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for export customer operations, allocation, sourcing, cost, and process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, supply or demand planning, logistics, transportation management, or customer service.
• 6+ years of experience with desktop and ERP applications.
• Fluent English and Spanish required for everyday and professional business communication.
• Working knowledge of SAP, EDI, order-to-cash processes, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Ability to manage end-to-end supply chain activities, influence cross-functional teams, improve processes, and support stakeholders across global regions and time zones.
