Supply Chain & Operations Analyst

Location: Tucson, AZ, USA; hybrid schedule with in-office work required Monday-Wednesday and remote work available Thursday-Friday

What you will do

• Develop, publish, document, and maintain BI, analytics, and reporting solutions for logistics functions.
• Provide frontline analytical and technical support to FIJI Water domestic logistics teams.
• Use Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft platforms to address operational needs.
• Partner with logistics stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and business challenges.
• Support requirements gathering, design approval, user acceptance testing, and defect validation for IT-delivered solutions.
• Escalate complex system, integration, and automation requirements to Enterprise IT and provide emergency operational backup when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, and publishing.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and data-quality skills.
• Experience with IT implementations, enhancements, issue resolution, logistics, supply chain, or EDI environments is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or operations teams.
• Exposure to EDI transactions, mappings, testing, and support.
• Understanding of orders, shipments, and inventory processes.
