Critical Environments Manager

Location: Houston, TX, United States; on-site work with some travel required

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and direct operations required to fulfill customer contracts and maintain assigned programs.
• Conduct on-site and remote quality assessments, audits, inspections, and inventory reviews.
• Investigate customer complaints, support root-cause analysis, and facilitate CAPA follow-up.
• Develop and implement quality standards, program improvements, work schedules, budgets, estimates, and process controls.
• Deliver management and staff training, support account transitions, and maintain required reporting.
• Supervise personnel, liaise with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safe and compliant site operations.

Requirements

• A.A. degree with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with customer service, problem solving, project management, planning, communication, presentation, coaching, and training.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, compounds, chemicals, and safe operating procedures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Completion of safety and task training certifications; forklift certification may be required.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required based on business needs.

Nice to have

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Bilingual communication skills.
