Civil Project Manager - Municipal Projects (Civil Engineering)

Location: Kansas remote, or onsite in Manhattan, Salina, Topeka, or Wichita, Kansas. Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to or near Manhattan, Kansas.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-priority municipal and site development projects across multiple teams.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and financial performance.
• Assemble project teams, coordinate internal resources, assign responsibilities, and direct project execution.
• Manage contracts, change requests, risks, deliverables, and project records.
• Review technical work for quality and compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
• Maintain client relationships, support future business, and mentor staff in project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication and teamwork skills.
